The agenda and associated briefing papers for the Full Council meeting to be held on Monday 2nd August at 19.30 in AG Village Hall can be viewed by following the links below. if you wish to attend the meeting please follow the COVID guidance when in the Village Hall.
- Face masks can be worn if you wish, please remember not all of the team or residents will be double jabbed at this stage.
- There is a one way system in place, you must enter via the doors from the rear car park and exit through the entrance onto Woburn Lane.
- As you enter the rear lobby please do the following:
- Scan the QR code with the NHS App if you have a smart phone
- Use the hand sanitiser provided
- You should remain 1m apart from anyone else
- Each individual must clean down their chair (and table if used) before leaving the meeting and put it away, using the wipes and sprays provided by the Village Hall on the kitchen counter
