Located behind Browns Way and Trunk Furlong and bordered by Mill Way to the south and AG Golf Course to the west. This is a large area of recreational ground, offering children’s play equipment, a wildflower meadow, green space for general play and relaxation, a woodland area and willow maize for some peace and tranquillity.

Browns Way:
Located at Browns Way and bordered by Salford Road to the east and Mill Way to the south. This is a large area of green space, offering a village pond, wildflower meadow (newly planted in 2021), green space for general play and relaxation and a small wooded area.
The Recreational Ground:
Also sometimes referred to as the Common, this land is located off West Hill, next to Aspley Guise Golf Club. The area offers an enclosed Children’s play area, football and cricket pitches and a large open space for general play and relaxation.
Also located at the Common are the Sports Pavilion and Wooden Store, both belonging to AGPC. The purchase price was £99,626 and £6,175 respectively.
The land and buildings (with the exception of the play equipment) are leased to Aspley Guise Sports Centre, which is a registered charity. The lease agreement is dated 15th March 1996 and the charity deeds were sealed on the 23rd December 1996. The Sports Trust Committee are responsible for maintaining the land and buildings and organising all recreational activities.

Aspley Guise Village Hall:
Located on Woburn Lane, the Village Hall has a small car park on Woburn Lane and a larger car park to the rear accessed from Spinney Lane. Its address is Aspley Guise Village Hall, 9 Woburn Lane, Aspley Guise, Bedfordshire, MK17 8JH.
The land and building is leased to Aspley Guise Village Hall Management Committee, which is a registered charity, under a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. The new lease agreement was signed by both parties and dated 17th May 2021.
The Village Hall Management Committee oversees the running of the Aspley Guise Village Hall for the benefit of local residents and community support organisations. These include the WI, Cubs, Age UK Day Care and a mother & toddler playgroup, leisure activities including children and adult dance classes, amateur dramatic productions, choir rehearsals, various arts and local interest societies

Located on Bedford Road. This piece of land was donated from the land owner to Aspley Guise Parish Council, and was formally registered with Land Registry on the 12th August 2020, with a possessory title.
